Terms of service

These terms apply when you order or use a Videospeler subscription. By ordering, you agree to them.

The service

Videospeler is an IPTV subscription. After you pay, we send you a login, usually as Xtream Codes (a server URL, a username and a password), which you enter in a compatible player app on your device. You choose the plan length and the number of screens when you order.

Your login

Your login is for you and for the number of screens you paid for. One login plays on one screen at a time. Please don't share it publicly or resell it. If we see a login used on more screens than you paid for, we may ask you to add screens or suspend it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars; euro amounts are approximate. You pay once for the plan you choose. There is no automatic renewal and we never charge you again without you asking. Multi-screen discounts apply to the whole order and are shown on the pricing section of the homepage.

Renewing

Your expiry date shows in your player app. To renew, message us, pay and choose a plan length. We renew your subscription right away.

Refunds

Every plan has a 48-hour money-back guarantee. The details are in our refund policy.

Player apps

You need a player app to watch. Some apps charge for a premium version or an activation; that money goes to the app maker, not to Videospeler. We recommend apps on our tutorials page, but we don't control them.

Availability

We work to keep the service running well, but we can't promise it will never have interruptions. Your internet connection, your device and your app also affect playback. When we do planned maintenance, we tell customers directly. If something stops working, message us and we'll help.

Channels and content

Channel and movie lists can change over time. You can ask us to add or remove channels or countries from your list during your subscription.

Using the service

You are responsible for using Videospeler in line with the laws where you live. Don't use the service to harm others, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend a login that is used this way.

Our responsibility

We provide the service as described on this site. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from interruptions outside our control, such as your internet, your device or an app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you ordered stay in force for your current subscription period.
