This page explains what information Videospeler collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Messages. When you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, by email or through the contact form on this site, we receive what you send: your name or number, your message and anything you attach, such as a photo of your TV screen during setup.
• Order details. To deliver and manage your subscription we keep your plan, your screens, the dates it starts and ends, and your Videospeler login.
• Payment. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose (PayPal, card, MoneyGram, Remitly, Western Union or USDT). We see that a payment arrived and the name or reference on it. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data. Like every website, ours is served through Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Why we use it

To reply to you, set up and support your subscription, process refunds and renewals, and keep the site secure. We don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only us and the services we need to run Videospeler: the messaging apps you contact us on, your payment provider, our email provider and Cloudflare. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details while your subscription is active and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can support you and handle refunds or renewals. Messages stay in the chat app where you sent them until you or we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@videospeler.com and we'll do it. If we delete your order details, we can no longer renew or support that subscription.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Videospeler is for adults. Please don't use it if you are under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
